Barry De Silva, General Manager of Temple Consulting Group (Florida) Inc., has
been involved in Information Technology and Business Consulting for over 45
years. His extensive knowledge of the Forestry, Manufacturing and
Wholesaling industries is complemented by some 20 years experience in
developing and installing systems in the Local Government arena. Barry has had a great deal of experience in training
and education. In addition to the
one-on-one training installing a system involves, he has organized training
courses and seminars, and taught in colleges and universities. This hands-on experience of designing, developing and
implementing software applications is supported by a background in Accounting
and Corporate Law, with a Degree in Business Studies. Barry has done work for a number of large companies over the years, on both sides of the Atlantic. As can be imagined from over 45 years in the industry, he has seen a lot of changes. Currently, much of his work is involved with the latest in
Database and 4GL applications, and the development of the MAIS System in the
United States. |

Barry came to North America from England in 1982, after a number of years in computer marketing and data processing management, to start a new career as a Consultant. It is probably
no surprise, having seen our web pages, that he also enjoys golf. |
